- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 投光信号により対象物へ光を投射する投光部と
、対象物からの反射光を受光して受光信号を得る
受光部と、投光信号と受光信号とから対象物まで
の距離を算出する距離算出部とから成る距離測定
装置において 受光部による受光信号レベルを検出するレベル
検出手段と、 受光信号レベルを２段階の判別基準レベルと比
較する比較手段と、 比較手段による比較結果と前記距離算出部によ
る距離算出データとに基づき汚れ判別を行う汚れ
判別手段とを具備して成る距離測定装置。
