- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 移動体に設けられ、この移動体とは別のマーク
検出装置で検出することによつて移動体の位置決
め制御の目安とされる位置決めマークであつて、 取付基体上に設けられたマーク本体の上に重ね
て、スリツトを有する被覆プレートをそのスリツ
トからマーク本体の一部が露出するように設け、
さらに被覆プレートの上に重ねて、前面に開口を
有する断面概形コ字状の保護カバーをその開口か
ら被覆プレートのスリツトが露出するように設け
たことを特徴とする移動体の位置決めマーク。
