Claims (1)
- 圧電材料により微動させる探索針方向に試料を
粗動させる走査型トンネル電子顕微鏡の送り機構
において、該送り機構を、試料を取付けた板バネ
と、該板バネに取付けた伸縮自在のベローズと、
該ベローズの圧力を調節する圧力調整器と、より
構成したことを特徴とする走査型トンネル電子顕
微鏡の粗動送り機構。
