Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 先端を圧力流体に臨ませてハウジングに液
    密又は気密に、かつ摺動自在に挿入する第１プラ
    ンジヤと、この第１プランジヤを圧力流体による
    付勢力に抗して付勢するスプリングと、第１プラ
    ンジヤの後方に直列状態にして摺動自在に配置す
    る第２プランジヤと、第１及び第２プランジヤを
    接離可能に連結する筒状可撓体と、第２プランジ
    ヤの位置検出手段とを具備し、前記筒状可撓体に
    よつて第２プランジヤとハウジングとの間に前記
    位置検出手段の作動反力よりも大なる静止摩擦力
    を与えてある圧力スイツチ。 (2) 前記筒状可撓体が、ハウジングと第１プラ
    ンジヤとの間の封止手段を兼ねたものである請求
    項(1)記載の圧力スイツチ。 (3) 前記第１プランジヤとハウジングと筒状可
    撓体の３者間に圧力流体と同一流体の充填室を設
    けた請求項(2)に記載の圧力スイツチ。
