出成形靴の一例を示す説明図で、同図Ａが底部を
射出成形する前の胛被部の形状を示す斜視図、同
図Ｂが同図ＡのＡ−Ａ線断面図、第４図は第３図
Ｂのα部の拡大断面図で、従来のスエード調素材
により調製された胛被部と射出成形された底部と
の接合状態を模式的に示した図、第５図は第４図
に示す従来のスエード調素材を胛被材とする射出
成形靴の欠点を説明するための図である。 １……基布、２……発泡体層、２２……発泡体
層のセル組織、２３……セル開口部、２４……セ
ル壁、３０……樹脂皮膜、１０……胛被部、１１
……射出成形された底部。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基布上に設けられた発泡体層表面がバフ研磨さ
    れて該発泡体層のセルが開口されて構成されるス
    エード調源素材の、少なくとも前記セルの壁面全
    面に樹脂皮膜が形成されたスエード調素材を胛被
    部とし、該胛被部に合成樹脂製の底部が射出成形
    されてなることを特徴とする射出成形靴。
