Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光源１から出射した、ほぼ平行な光ビームＬ１
がポリゴンスキヤナ３によつて反射した光ビーム
Ｌ２がｆθレンズ４を通過してプリズムミラー５
ａによつて分割され、センサ６ａ，６ｂに等しい
パワーが検出される時刻と、光ビームＬ１がポリ
ゴンスキヤナ３によつて反射した光ビームＬ３が
ｆθレンズ４を通過してプリズムミラー５ｂによ
つて分割され、センサ６ｃ，６ｄに等しいパワー
が検出される時刻との間隔を測定して成るポリゴ
ンスキヤナジツタ測定装置において、 光源１からポリゴンスキヤナ３との間の光軸、
及びｆθレンズ４からプリズムミラー５ａとの間
の光軸、更にｆθレンズ４からプリズムミラー５
ｂとの間の光軸が貫通するように真空パイプＰ２
ａ，Ｐ２ｂ，Ｐ２ｃをそれぞれ配設したことを特
徴とするポリゴンスキヤナジツタ測定装置。
