Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 電気機器収納用箱等の扉への取付けが容易に
行えるハンドル装置を提供すること。 【構成】 ハンドル本体１の両側面にかぎ状の凹部６を
形成し、裏面側からハンドル本体１に嵌め込まれる断面
コ字状のホルダー２の両側内面にこのかぎ状の凹部６に
嵌合される突起７を設ける。これによりハンドル本体１
とホルダー２とを仮止めすることができ、ホルダー２側
からねじをねじ込むことにより容易に取付け作業が行え
る。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は電気機器収納用箱等の扉に取り付けられる平面ハンドルのようなハン ドル装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
上記のようなハンドル装置は、電気機器収納用箱等の扉に形成された取付孔に 扉の前面からハンドル本体をはめ込み、扉の裏面側からホルダーを当ててハンド ル本体をネジ止めする方法によって扉に固定されている。 ところがこのような従来の取付け方法では扉の表側と裏側との両側でハンドル 本体とホルダーを支持しつつネジ止め作業を行わねばならず、垂直で大型の扉に 対してハンドル装置を取り付ける際には、ハンドル本体が取付け中に落下するこ とがあり、一人では作業が行いにくい欠点があった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案は上記した従来の問題点を解消して、取付け作業中におけるハンドル本 体の落下を防ぎ、一人でも容易に取付け作業を行えるようにしたハンドル装置を 提供するために完成されたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題は、電気機器収納用箱等の扉に取り付けられるハンドル本体の両側 面にかぎ状の凹部または突起を形成するとともに、扉の裏面側からハンドル本体 に嵌め込まれる断面コ字状のホルダーの両側内面にこのかぎ状の凹部または突起 に係合される突起またはかぎ状の凹状部を設けたことを特徴とするハンドル装置 によって解決することができる。

【実施例】
以下に本考案を図示の平面ハンドルについての実施例によって更に詳細に説明 する。 図１において、１は平面ハンドルのハンドル本体、２はホルダーである。 ハンドル本体１はボックス状のものであり、図２、図３に示すように電気機器 収納用箱等の扉５に形成された取付孔に表側から挿入され、その裏側からホルダ ー２を当ててホルダー２の貫通孔３からハンドル本体１のネジ孔４にネジを螺合 させることにより固定されるものである。
【０００６】 本考案においては、このハンドル本体１のコーナー付近の両側面にかぎ状の凹 部６が形成されている。このかぎ状の凹部６は先端を下向きとたものである。 またホルダー２はハンドル本体１の外形状に対応させて断面コ字状としたもの で、その両側内面にはそれぞれ突起７が形成されている。これらの突起７はハン ドル本体１のかぎ状の凹部６に係合できるようになっている。

【作用】
このように構成された本考案のハンドル装置の取付けを行うには、まず図２に 示すように扉５に形成された取付孔にハンドル本体１を表側から挿入したうえ、 扉５の裏面側からホルダー２をハンドル本体１にはめ込み、ホルダー２の突起７ をハンドル本体１のかぎ状の凹部６に係合させてハンドル本体１とホルダー２と を仮止めする。この状態で手を離しても、図２のようにホルダー２はハンドル本 体１のかぎ状の凹部６の先端部に落ち込むのみであり、ハンドル本体１から離れ るおそれはない。 そこで図３に示すようにホルダー２の貫通孔３からハンドル本体１のネジ孔４ にネジ８をねじ込めば、ハンドル本体１はかぎ状の凹部６によりホルダー２と仮 止めされているために落下するおそれなくねじ込み作業を進行させることができ 、最終的に扉５を挟んでハンドル本体１とホルダー２は強固に固定されることと なる。 なお、第４図に示すようにハンドル本体１の両側に突起７を形成するとともに 、ホルダー２の両側に上下方向に使用できるＴ字形のかぎ状の切欠よりなるかぎ 状の凹部６を形成してもよい。

【考案の効果】
本考案は以上に説明したように、ホルダー２とハンドル本体１とを簡単に仮止 めすることができるので、ホルダー２側からネジ８をねじ込むことによりハンド ル本体１を落下させるおそれなくねじ止め作業を行うことができる。従って本考 案によれば、大型の垂直な扉へのハンドル装置の取付け作業を一人で容易に行う ことができる。 よって本考案は従来の問題点を解消したハンドル装置として、その実用的価値 は極めて大きいものである。

    たは突起(7) を形成するとともに、扉(5)の裏面側から
    ハンドル本体(1) に嵌め込まれる断面コ字状のホルダー
    (2) の両側内面にこのかぎ状の凹部(6) または突起(7)
    に係合される突起(7) またはかぎ状の凹状部(6) を設け
    たことを特徴とするハンドル装置。
