Description
【０００１】
本考案は主として食品の包装用に使用される容器に関するものである。
【０００２】
寿司、刺身、食肉等の食品の包装用に使用される容器としては、発泡樹脂で形
成した物が多用されている。この発泡樹脂容器は一般に二種類知られており、一
つは容器の展開板を一旦形成し、展開板における各側板部を起立させると共に、
隣接する側板部の端縁間を熱融着して形成するものであり、もう一つは樹脂シー
トを型成形で容器状に変形して製出するものである。
ところで前記容器は側板部分と底板部分の肉厚がおなじであって、容器として
の堅牢感や高級感をだすために、容器部材に厚いものを採用しようとすると、全
体が総て厚くなってしまう。容器の堅牢感や高級感をだすには側板が厚ければ十
分である。そこで側板のみが厚い容器も知られている。例えば実開昭５８−１３
６５８号及び実公平１−１０３５６号には、側板が厚肉枠部材で形成され、この
厚肉枠部材の内方に薄肉材で形成した容器体を装着した容器が示されており、ま
た実開昭６３−３９３１号には厚肉枠部材で側板を形成し、側板の下縁に底板を
抱持した容器が示されている。

しかし側板（厚肉枠部材）と容器体（薄肉材）とを別々に形成し、これを組み
合わせることは、その製造が煩雑である。また側板の下縁に底板を抱持した容器
は、強度的に問題がある。
そこで本考案は製造が容易で且つ充分な強度を有する容器を提案したものであ
る。

本考案に係る容器は、底板部の周囲に側板部を連設した薄シート状の展開板の
各側板部に、厚肉状の側板部材を貼り付け、側板部材を起立せしめると共に、隣
接する側板部材の端縁間を連結してなることを特徴とするものである。

前記容器は、側板部分が厚く、底板部分が薄いものであり、底板は側板と連続
する一枚のシートであるため、充分な強度を有している。

次に本考案の実施例について説明する。
本考案に係る容器は、二つの部材即ち展開板シート１と側板部材２からなり、
展開板シート１は薄い樹脂板或は樹脂フィルムコーテングの紙その他シート状部
材で形成したもので、底板部１１の周囲に側板部１２を連設したものである。側
板部材２は発泡樹脂，非発泡樹脂，厚紙，木片等で、形成しようとする容器の各
側板ａの形状にして且つ厚肉状としたもので、前記展開板シート１の各側板部１
２に側板部材２を貼着して展開部材Ａを形成する。

次に前記の展開部材Ａの各側板ａを起立せしめると共に、隣接する各側板部ａ
の端縁２１間を連結するもので、連結手段としては、側板部材２が熱可塑性樹脂
であるならば、端縁２１間を融着し、それ以外では適宜な接着剤を用いて函状に
形成する。尚接着剤を用いる場合は、予めホットメルト接着剤を端縁２１に塗付
しておくと融着製函機を使用でき、その製造が容易となる。

従って前記容器Ｂは側板ａが厚肉状で、底板ｂが薄肉状となり、而も底板ｂは
展開板シート１の一部であるため、側板ａと連続しており充分な強度を有するも
のである。
本考案は薄い展開板シートと厚い側板部材とで展開部材を形成し、然る後側板
部の各端縁間を連結するものであれば、各部材の材質並びに連結手段は任意に定
めることが出来る。

【考案の効果】
以上のように本考案に係る容器は、薄い展開板シートと厚い側板部材とで展開
部材を形成し、然る後側板部の各端縁間を連結するものであるため、側板が厚く
堅牢感及び高級感を有し而も充分な強度を備えた容器を容易に製造できたもので
ある。

- 【請求項１】 底板部の周囲に側板部を連設した薄シー
ト状の展開板の各側板部に、厚肉状の側板部材を貼り付
け、側板部材を起立せしめると共に、隣接する側板部材
の端縁間を連結してなることを特徴とする容器。
