【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は半導体装置に関し、特にチップの面積が巨大な半導体装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
図２に半導体装置の平面模式図を示す。従来半導体装置のレイアウトを行う際 、各機能ブロック間及び電源間をアルミニウム膜等の金属配線で接続していた。
【０００３】 その際、半導体回路のコーナー部を幅の広い電源用配線１ａで長距離にわたり 配置される事があった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
上述した従来の半導体装置は、半導体装置のコーナー部に幅の広い電源用配線 を配置していた為、温度差の大きい場所で半導体装置を使用した場合、この電元 用配線が動いたりはなはだしい場合には切断してしまうという欠点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案の半導体装置は、半導体回路の周辺に設けられた電源用配線にスリット を設けたものである。

次に、本考案について図面を参照してその構成を説明する。図１（ａ）及び（ ｂ）は、それぞれ本考案の一実施例を示す平面模式図及び部分拡大断面図である 。
【０００７】 半導体装置のコーナー部にデコード回路３に接続する幅の広いアルミニウム膜 からなる電源用配線１にエッチング可能な限り最小幅のスリットＳを設ける。

【考案の効果】
以上説明したように本考案は所定の電源用配線にスリットを設けることにより 、アルミニウム膜からなる電源用配線とカバーの密着性がよくなり半導体装置の 信頼性を向上させる事ができるという効果がある。
