の作動状態説明図であり、５は上糸供給源の糸コ
マ、３は針、１はミシン機枠、８は上糸張力付与
手段である糸調子器、４は天秤、９は回転糸案内
である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 針に調時して上下動する天秤と上糸供給源
    との間の上糸経路上に配置され、上糸に張力を付
    与する上糸張力付与手段と、該上糸張力付与手段
    と前記天秤との間で、外周に太さの異なる糸を夫
    々挟持可能とする楔状の糸案内溝が形成されてミ
    シン機枠に回転可能に支持される回転糸案内と、
    該回転糸案内の前記糸張力付与手段側に配置され
    て、少なくとも前記回転糸案内の糸案内溝部分の
    糸掛けを案内するための開口部を備えた第１のカ
    バーと、前記回転糸案内の天秤側に配置されて、
    前記回転糸案内の両端部を覆う如く案内すると共
    に回転糸案内の主要部が露出する開口部を備えた
    第２のカバーとを備えたミシンの自動糸調子器。 (2) 針に調時して上下動する天秤と上糸供給源
    との間の上糸経路上に配置され、上糸に張力を付
    与する上糸張力付与手段と、該上糸張力付与手段
    と前記天秤との間で、外周に太さの異なる糸を夫
    々挟持可能とする楔状の糸案内溝が形成されてミ
    シン機枠に回転可能に支持される回転糸案内と、
    該回転糸案内と前記糸張力付与手段との間の糸経
    路上に配置されて針の振幅運動に調時して前記糸
    経路に直交方向に作動して少なくとも針の左振幅
    作動による右針糸糸締め時に針糸に作用する糸調
    子レバーを備えていることを特徴とする自動糸調
    子器。
