Claims (1)
- 原水供給源１と処理水給配部２との間の給水ラ
イン３中に、前記原水中の溶存気体を取り除く脱
酸素モジユールと、この溶存気体を真空吸引する
水封式真空ポンプを備えた脱酸素装置において、
１段側脱酸素モジユール４と１段側水封式真空ポ
ンプ５とに直列になるように２段側脱酸素モジユ
ール６及び２段側水封式真空ポンプ７を接続する
と共に、２段側水封式真空ポンプ７の排出路８を
、１段側水封式真空ポンプ５の吸気口に連通した
ことを特徴とする２段式脱酸素装置。
