Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 真空槽の内部が加熱部と搬送部とから成り
、前記加熱部内で被加熱物を搬送するための搬送
手段が前記搬送部内に設けられ、前記被加熱物を
搬出入させる少なくとも１つの気密扉を設けた真
空炉において、前記搬送手段が外周に歯を設けた
少なくとも１つの駆動歯車と、前記歯の間隔と同
間隔でピンが一直線上に設けられ、該ピンが前記
駆動歯車と係合する搬送板と、前記搬送板に回転
軸を介して接続され固定レール上を移動するよう
に構成された少なくとも３個のローラとから成り
、前記駆動歯車と、前記搬送部又は前記気密扉を
介して接続する隣室に設けられた前記駆動歯車と
同一構造の他の駆動歯車との間隔が、前記搬送板
と前記ピンの設けられている長さよりも短く、前
記搬送板によつて前記被加熱物を搬送することを
特徴とする真空炉。 (2) 前記駆動歯車に面する前記真空槽の壁面に
開閉機構を設け、該開閉機構を介して前記駆動歯
車を取外し自在とするようにした請求項(1)に記
載の真空炉。
