- 真空中に搬入された試料を荷電粒子線によつて
加工あるいは測定する装置において、平坦に加工
された試料設置面を有し、試料設置面に試料を吸
着させる機構と試料を吸着させた状態で試料をク
ランプする機構を有したことを特徴とする試料ホ
ルダ。
