- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 少なくとも、ベースフイルムと導体パター
ンとを有するテープキヤリアにおいて、前記導体
パターンのアウターリード接合する面とは反対側
の面にベースフイルムを設けたことを特徴とする
テープキヤリア。 (2) アウターリード部と該アウターリード部の
切断箇所との間に、該アウターリード部の相互の
間にまたがつてベースフイルムを設けてなる請求
項１記載のテープキヤリア。
