Claims (1)
- 圧電振動子の電極を外部電気回路に接続するた
めのメタライズ配線層を有する絶縁基体と椀状の
蓋体とから成る圧電振動子収納用容器において、
前記メタライズ配線層は絶縁基体に設けた貫通孔
を介して絶縁基体上面より底面に導出されており
、且つメタライズ配線層の絶縁基体底面部に窪み
が形成されていることを特徴とする圧電振動子収
納用容器。
