    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体チツプが載置されるベース部から延在す
    る中央部に位置する第１のリードと、該リードと
    タイバで連結される左右に位置する第２、第３の
    リードとからなるリードフレームを有し、該リー
    ドフレームのべース部に載置された半導体チツプ
    の上面から第２のリードへ内部リードで接続され
    て一方の電極となし、前記半導体チツプの下面は
    、内部リードを介在させることなくベース部から
    延在する第１のリードとタイバを介して第３のリ
    ードへ連結されて他方の電極となしたことを特徴
    とする半導体装置。
