Claims (1)
- 真空中で電子線を発生し加速し照射窓を通して
大気中にある被処理物に電子線を照射するように
した電子線照射装置において、水平二方向に走査
される電子線を通し下方に長方形状の照射窓を有
する走査管と、走査管の照射窓の中央長手方向に
沿つて設けられた中央桟と、照射窓を覆うように
取り付けられた窓箔と、走査管の照射窓の長辺に
沿つて設けられ窓箔下面に冷却風を吹き付ける給
気ダクトと、前記中央桟の直下で距離が３０〜５
０mmの位置に設けられる正三角形断面の中央水冷
桟とよりなる事を特徴とするダブルウインド型電
子線照射装置の照射窓構造。
