Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 鍛造時に使われた潤滑剤が表面に付着している
    鍛造品の表面の凹状欠陥を検査するための装置で
    あつて、 上記鍛造品の被検査面と対向して位置させられ
    る導光部を有した検査ヘツドと、光ビームを発射
    する発光器と、上記光ビームを上記導光部から上
    記被検査面に照射するとともに被検査面の幅方向
    にスキヤンさせる導光手段と、上記被検査面で反
    射して再び上記導光部に取り込まれた光ビームの
    反射光を検出してこの反射光の強さに応じた電気
    信号に変換するセンサと、上記検査ヘツドを上記
    被検査面に対し上記スキヤン方向と交差する方向
    に移動させるヘツド駆動手段とを具備したことを
    特徴とする鍛造品の表面検査装置。
