行路、５ａ〜５ｃは搬送車がカセツトの積み降ろ
しまたは取り出しを行なう移載ステーシヨンＡ〜
Ｃ、６ａ〜６ｃは搬送車が移載ステーシヨンにカ
セツトの積み降ろしまたは取り出しを行なうため
の搬送車移載場所Ａ〜Ｃを示す。なお、図中、同
一符号は同一、または相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体ウエハと、この半導体ウエハを複数枚収
    納する半導体ウエハカセツトと、この半導体ウエ
    ハカセツトを複数個搬送する搬送車と、この搬送
    車が上記半導体ウエハカセツトを積み降ろし取り
    出す移載ステーシヨンからなる半導体ウエハ搬送
    設備において、上記搬送車が上記移載ステーシヨ
    ンで上記半導体カセツトの積み降ろし、または取
    り出しを行なう時に、上記搬送車以外の搬送車の
    走行に妨げのないように搬送車移載場所を設けた
    ことを特徴とする搬送設備。
