である。 図において、１は位置指令、２は加算回路、３
は増幅回路、４は加算回路、５は補償回路、６は
加算回路、７は増幅回路、８は電流検出器、９サ
ーボモータ、１５は第１サーボ装置、１６は第２
サーボ装置である。なお、図中、同一符号は同一
、または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 制御ループ内に各々速度制御ループを有する２
    台のサーボ装置において、第１のサーボモータに
    取付けた速度検出器の出力信号と、第２のサーボ
    モータに取付けた速度検出器の出力信号との回転
    速度の差を検出する比較器と、この比較器の出力
    の信号を反転させる信号反転回転を持ち、速度制
    御ループ内の補償回路のゲインを切換える可変回
    路を設け、上記比較器出力と信号反転回路出力に
    より制御ループのゲインを切換えることを特徴と
    したサーボ装置における連動運転時の回転誤差補
    正回路。
