Claims (1)
- 固体磁気センサの素子チツプを内蔵したパツケ
ージにおいて、前記素子チツプの磁気検出軸と直
交する平面のベース面を形成するとともに、前記
磁気検出軸方向に前記ベース面に投影した前記素
子チツプの位置とは異なる位置にて、前記ベース
面に前記磁気検出軸と平行な軸心をもつ円筒状の
凸部または凹部を形成したことを特徴とする磁気
センサのパツケージング構造。
