Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の収納部に区画され、各収納部には容器が
    収納され、収納された容器が上面から観察可能に
    されている収納ケースを検査位置に搬送する搬送
    装置と、 検査位置の収納ケースを上面側から照明する照
    明装置と、 収納ケースが検査位置に到達すると、収納ケー
    スの上面から容器を収納した収納ケースの画像を
    読み取る画像読取装置と、 画像読取装置が読み取つた画像を格納する第１
    のメモリと、 収納ケースの種類毎および収納ケースに収納さ
    れる容器の種類毎に、予め２値化された検査用の
    パターンを格納している第２のメモリと、 第１のメモリに格納された画像に２値化処理を
    施し、２値化処理後の画像に対し、第２のメモリ
    に格納され、該当する収納ケースおよび容器に対
    応する検査用のパターンと比較し、収納状態の合
    否の判定を行なう判定部とを有する容器検査装置
    。
