第２図は、従来のトリプレート形回路装置を示す
断面図である。 図において、１は第１の基板、２は第２の基板
、３は第３の基板、４はグランド用プレート、５
は筺体、８は金属製管体、９は誘電体製筒体、１
０は第２の基板の穴、１１はグランド用プレート
の金属製管体取付部、１２は第３の基板の穴、１
３は筺体の金属製管体取付部である。なお、図中
同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。
第２図は、従来のトリプレート形回路装置を示す
断面図である。 図において、１は第１の基板、２は第２の基板
、３は第３の基板、４はグランド用プレート、５
は筺体、８は金属製管体、９は誘電体製筒体、１
０は第２の基板の穴、１１はグランド用プレート
の金属製管体取付部、１２は第３の基板の穴、１
３は筺体の金属製管体取付部である。なお、図中
同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- パターンが誘電体の両面に形成されている第１
の基板と、上記第１の基板の一面のパターン面に
接する第２の基板と、上記第１の基板の第２の基
板が接する他面のパターン面に接する第３の基板
と、上記第２の基板の第１の基板と接する面の反
対面に位置するグランド用プレートからなるトリ
プレート形回路において、外周部と内周部にネジ
を有する金属製管体と、上記管体の内周ネジとか
ん合する誘電体製筒体を有し、第２の基板及び第
３の基板の第１の基板パターン特定部に対応した
位置にそれぞれ設けた穴と、上記穴と対応した位
置にそれぞれ設けたグランド用プレートと筺体の
金属製管体取付部とを備えたトリプレート形回路
装置。
