Claims (4)
- 1.水酸化ナトリウムを水に加え、この水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を50℃に加熱 し、ホスホノギ酸トリエチルを50℃の該溶液に加え、反応混合物を約1時間還 流温度に加熱し、反応混合物を冷却しそして生成物を濾去することを特徴とする ホスカーネット、すなわちホスホノギ酸三ナトリウム6水和物の合成方法。
- 2.生成物を水に溶解しそしてそれから溶液を約17℃より低くない温度に冷却 して再結晶しホスホノギ酸三ナトリウム6水和物を得ることを特徴とする請求項 1記載の方法。
- 3.生成物を水に溶解しそしてそれから溶液を約20℃に冷却して再結晶しホス ホノギ酸三ナトリウム6水和物を得ることを特徴とする請求項1および2記載の 方法。
- 4.生成物を水に溶解しそしてそれから溶液を約5℃に冷却してホスホノギ酸三 ナトリウム12水和物を形成させることにより再結晶し、これを乾燥してホスホ ノギ酸三ナトリウム6水和物を得ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
