Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 所定長に切断したケーブルＣの両端部のゴム外
    被Ｇ１を所要長だけ自動的に皮剥加工可能のケー
    ブルストリツパーにおいて、 加工用ケーブルＣの送りラインＸＸの貫通孔１
    １を設けて横行自在に形成した刃台１０に回動自
    在に軸支されるカツターヘツド２３を設け、送り
    ラインＸＸを軸としてラインＸＸに直交する円周
    面の直交する半径を軸線ＹＹ，ＺＺとして対向し
    て配設されるカツター縦送り装置２７を介して半
    径方向に出入自在に互いに対向する一側の軸線Ｙ
    Ｙの一対の溝切り刃具２９の刃体面３０をライン
    ＸＸに直交する円周面上に設ける一方、直交する
    他側の軸線ＺＺの一対の溝切り刃具２６の刃体面
    ３１を前記の円周面に直交する平面上に設け、前
    者の刃具２６を１８０°以上回動しケーブルＣに
    縦方向の溝切可能にカツターヘツド２３を回動可
    能のチエーン伝導装置２４を付設すると共に、縦
    溝ＡＳから後者の刃具２６を切込んだままカツタ
    ーヘツド２３を横行させケーブルＣに横方向の溝
    切可能に形成させる刃台１０の横送り装置３７を
    刃台支持ブラケツト１９を介して装設し、所要長
    の皮剥加工自在の刃台１０を設ける一方、ケーブ
    ルの送りラインＸＸにおいて、刃台１０の移動範
    囲外の搬入および搬出ライン上に夫々設けたケー
    ブルＣの送りロール装置６とその駆動装置５を介
    して一方向にのみ搬送可能のケーブルＣを搬入ラ
    イン側に設けた切断装置４２を介して所定長に切
    断させた上、ケーブルの皮剥加工送り長さを調定
    可能の計測ロール３９をラインＸＸの前後に装設
    し、これと連動可能の自動制御装置に連繋する逐
    次制御装置を設け刃台１０とケーブルＣの加工工
    程を自動化したことを特徴とするケーブルストリ
    ツパー。
