、 該コールドプレート３と該パツケージ２間を密
閉し、且つパツケージ２の高低差を許容するベロ
ーズ４とを有し、 該冷却液の衝突噴流により当該パツケージ２の
伝導冷却する伝導冷却構造において、 前記ベローズ４の内部を、冷却液が循環する冷
媒循環室７と、前記パツケージ２の熱を伝える熱
伝導室９に分割し、 該熱伝導室９には、該パツケージ２の所望のリ
ード１３と電気的導通を得るワイヤ１１を設け、 該ワイヤ１１と接続されるパツド１０を当該熱
伝導室９の外側に露出したことを特徴とする伝導
冷却構造。
