- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 表面に電気部品表面実装用パツドとスルーホ
ールランドとパターンとを有し電気部品が表面実
装される電子回路基板と、前記電気部品表面実装
用パツドの周囲に設けられ且つ周辺の前記スルー
ホールランド及び前記パターンが無い空きエリア
を利用して電気部品表面実装以外の目的で突起さ
せた複数本のひげ状の補強用パツドを備えること
を特徴とする表面実装用パツド。 ２ 前記電気部品表面実装用パツドが八角形をな
し且つ周囲に少なくとも４個の前記補強用パツド
を備えることを特徴とする請求項１記載の表面実
装用パツド。
