Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 周辺部に内部接続用の第１のランド部をもつ
パターン配線が表面側に形成され、このパターン
配線と接続する部品を搭載したアルミナ基板と、
このアルミナ基板の裏面全面を所定の表面に接着
固定し容器の一部を形成するヒートシンクと、一
端に前記パターン配線の第１のランド部と対応す
る第２のランド部をもち他端に外部接続用の第３
のランド部をもつプリント配線が形成され、前記
第２のランド部が対応する前記パターン配線の第
１のランド部と近接しかつ前記プリント配線が接
触することなく前記ヒートシンクの所定の位置に
固定されたプリント基板と、前記パターン配線の
第１のランド部と対応する前記プリント配線の第
２のランド部とを接続する内部接続端子と、一端
を前記プリント配線の第３のランド部と接続し他
端を前記容器の外部へ導出する外部接続端子とを
有することを特徴とする混成集積回路装置。 ２ プリント配線の第３のランド部にプリント基
板を貫通し外部接続端子の一端を挿入するための
穴を設けた請求項１記載の混成集積回路装置。
