Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 表面に電極が被着形成された２枚の薄板状圧電
    素子をシム板を介して貼合わせてなる圧電バイモ
    ルフ２組を、スペーサを介して互いに平行に配設
    した片持ち梁構造とし、前記２組の圧電バイモル
    フのそれぞれの先端部に隙間を有して嵌合する２
    つの溝部を設けた連結体と、前記２組の圧電バイ
    モルフのそれぞれの先端部とを、前記溝部に充填
    される可撓性を有した接着剤を用いて接着保持し
    、前記互いに平行に配設した２組の圧電バイモル
    フがそれぞれ同一方向に曲折するように構成して
    なるセラミツクアクチユエータ。
