- ２枚以上の圧電磁器板からなり厚み方向に主面
同士を貼着して一端を固定支持する片持支持構成
の圧電バイモルフ振動子において、各々の圧電磁
器板の両主面の表面粗度が２μｍ以下である圧電
磁器板を用いたことを特徴とする圧電磁器振動子
。
