Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 耐熱性絶縁体からなる柱状部材の側周面に
沿つて相互に絶縁されて周回するように形成され
、かつ回路基板のランド電極と対応する位置に配
置された複数個の端子リードを有する外部接続端
子において、 少なくとも一つの端子リード２に前記柱状部材
１の側周面から突出した突出部３を形成したこと
を特徴とする外部接続端子。 (2) 配線パターンおよび当該配線パターンに接
続されているランド電極９が耐熱性絶縁部材の表
面に形成されている回路基板８と、 前記配線パターンの所定の位置に搭載されてい
る電子部品１１と、 前記ランド電極９に対応した位置に配置されて
いる請求項(1)記載の外部接続端子７とを備え、
当該外部接続端子７の突出部３が回路基板８の端
部８′より突出していることを特徴とする混成集
積回路装置。
