Claims (1)
- パワー出力部とその制御回路とを１つのＳｉ基
板内に有するモノリシツクパワーＩＣにおいて、
前記パワー出力部のＳｉ基体を、前記制御回路の
Ｓｉ基体部よりもダイボンド主面側においてくぼ
んで薄くなるように構成し、半田材を介して金属
基体に固着させた事を特徴とするパワーＩＣ。
