る。 図において、１と２は減算部、３は増幅部、４
は駆動部、５は制御物体、６は位置検出部、７は
速度検出部、８は異常検出部、９はしや断部、８
Ａは１次遅れ回路、８Ｂは比較回路、８Ｃは基準
値設定回路、９Ａはリレー駆動回路、９Ｂはリレ
ーである。なお、図中、同一あるいは相当部分に
は同一符号を付して示してある。
図はこの考案の異常検出部及びしや断部の詳細な
構成図、第３図は従来のサーボ装置の構成図であ
る。 図において、１と２は減算部、３は増幅部、４
は駆動部、５は制御物体、６は位置検出部、７は
速度検出部、８は異常検出部、９はしや断部、８
Ａは１次遅れ回路、８Ｂは比較回路、８Ｃは基準
値設定回路、９Ａはリレー駆動回路、９Ｂはリレ
ーである。なお、図中、同一あるいは相当部分に
は同一符号を付して示してある。
Claims (1)
- 制御物体の位置、方位、姿勢などを、ポジシヨ
ンループ及びレートループで追値制御するサーボ
装置において、外部からの駆動指令信号と制御物
体の位置信号及び速度信号を受けてエラー信号を
出力する減算常と、そのエラー信号を増幅する増
幅部と、増幅されたエラー信号により機械的に接
続されている制御物体と位置検出部、速度検出部
を駆動する駆動部と、制御物体の位置を検出する
位置検出部、制御物体の速度を検出する速度検出
部とポジシヨンエラーが一定時間以内に収束しな
い場合に、異常信号を出力する異常検出部と、異
常検出部からの異常信号により、増幅部から駆動
部のラインをしや断するしや断部から構成されて
いることを特徴とするサーボ装置。
