Ａ図は、本考案の第２の実施例の電動モータの、
スルーボルト７のガイド手段の構造を示す断面図
、第２Ｂ図は、それにスルーボルト７を挿入した
状態を示す断面図、第２Ｃ図および第２Ｄ図はい
ずれも、カバー６とスリーブ９とを一体的に形成
した実施例を示す断面図である。第３Ａ図は、本
考案の第３の実施例の電動モータにおける、スル
ーボルト７のガイド手段の構造を示す断面図、第
３Ｂ図はそれにスルーボルト７を挿入した状態を
示す断面図である。第４Ａ図は、本考案の第４の
実施例の構造を示す図、第４Ｂ図はそのＡ−Ａ線
断面図、第４Ｃ図は、同実施例においてスルーボ
ルト７を挿入した状態を示す断面図である。第５
図は、従来の電動モータの全体構成を示す分解斜
視図である。 図において、１はヨーク、１ａは外ヨーク、１
ｂは内ヨーク、２は永久磁石、３はロータ、４は
ブラシ、５はブラシ保持板、５ａは切欠、６はカ
バー（端面閉鎖部材）、７はスルーボルト、８は
曲げ起し、９，１０，１１はスリーブである。な
お、図中、同一番号を付した部分は、同一または
相当の要素を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一端が閉鎖され、他端が開放された薄肉円
    筒状のヨークと、 このヨークの内周に、円周方向に一定の〓間を
    おいて固定された複数の永久磁石と、 この永久磁石の内側に前記ヨークと同軸に配置
    され、電機子および整流子を含むロータと、 前記整流子と回転摺動するブラシと、 このブラシを前記ヨークの開放端よりも前記ヨ
    ーク側で支持するブラシ保持手段と、 前記ヨークの開放端を閉鎖する端面閉鎖部材と を備え、前記ロータの外周よりも外側でかつ前記
    永久磁石の〓間を貫通して、前記端面閉鎖部材か
    ら前記ヨークの閉鎖端へ向かつて挿通されるスル
    ーボルトにより、前記ヨークを被固定部材に取付
    けて固定する電動モータにおいて、 前記ヨークの内側のスルーボルトが挿通される
    位置に、スルーボルトが前記永久磁石に吸着され
    ることを防止するためのスルーボルトガイド手段
    を設けたこと、 を特徴とする電動モータ。 (2) 前記スルーボルトガイド手段が、前記端面
    閉鎖部材のスルーボルト挿通孔あるいは前記ブラ
    シ保持手段のスルーボルト挿通孔に設けられた、
    スルーボルトを案内するためのガイド孔を有する
    スリーブを含む請求項１記載の電動モータ。 (3) 前記ヨークの内周に磁路面積を拡大するた
    めの薄肉円筒状の磁性体の内ヨークをさらに設け
    、この内ヨークに前記永久磁石を固定するととも
    に、前記スルーボルトガイド手段が、この内ヨー
    クの一部を内周側に曲げ起すことにより形成され
    たことを特徴とする請求項１記載の電動モータ。
