強板の板厚を軽減することを目的とする。 【構成】エンジンカバー３のシートベルト５のアンカー
６の取付部４の補強板１７を車体１の床２縁部の補強部
１２に接続して、アンカー入力を該補強板１７を介して
該補強部１２に分散させる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案はキャブオーバータイプの自動車の床前部に配置されるエンジンカバー に取付けられるシートベルトアンカーの取付部の構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来は、図３に示すように車体(1) の床前部(2) に配置されるエンジンカバー (3) の所定個所にはシートベルト(5) のアンカー(6) を取付ける取付部(4) が設 定され、該取付部(4) は補強板(7) によって補強されている。そして該取付部(4 ) にはシートベルト(5) のアンカー(6) がボルト、ナットによってエンジンカバ ー(3) に止着されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来構成では、充分な補強効果を確保するために補強板(7 ) の板厚を増大させる必要があり、そのために車体の重量増、コストアップ等の 問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記従来の課題を解決するための手段として、キャブオーバータイプ の自動車の床(2) 前部に配置されるエンジンカバー(3) のシートベルトアンカー 取付部(4) の補強板(17)を車体(1) 床(2) 縁部の補強部(12)に接続したエンジン カバー(3) のアンカー取付部構造を提供するものである。

【作用】
エンジンカバー(3) のシートベルト(5) のアンカー(6) の取付部(4) を補強す る補強板(17)に及ぼされるアンカー入力は、車体(1) の床(2) 縁部の補強部(12) に伝達され分散される。

【実施例】
本考案を図１および図２に示す一実施例によって説明すれば、自動車の車体(1 ) の床(2) 前部のエンジンルーム直上にはエンジンカバー(3) が配置され、該エ ンジンカバー(3) の所定個所にはシートベルトアンカー取付部(4) が設定され、 該取付部(4) は補強板(17)によって補強されている。そして該取付部(4) には補 強板(17)を介してシートベルト(5) のアンカー(6) がボルト(8A)、ナット(8B)に よってエンジンカバー(3) に止着されている。
【０００７】 該補強板(17)はエンジンカバー(3) の縁部にまで延長され、エンジンカバー(3 ) と共にボルト(9A)、ナット(9B)によって床(2) 縁部に沿設される補強部(12)に 止着されている。該床(2) の補強部(12)には下側から補強材(12A) が補強されて いる。 更にエンジンカバー(3) と床(2) 縁部との間にはシールゴム(10)が介在する。
【０００８】 上記構成においては、シートベルト(5) からアンカー(6) への入力は補強板(1 7)から床(2) の補強部(12)へ分散されシートベルト(5) のアンカー(6) の取付部 (4) には集中しない。

【考案の効果】
したがって本考案では、アンカー(6) の入力がエンジンカバー(3) のシートベ ルトアンカー取付部(4) に集中しないから、該取付部(4) の補強板(17)の板厚を 減少させることが可能となり、車体重量の軽減、コストダウンを図ることが出来 る。
