Examples of this type of board that have been conventionally used include, for example, A Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29339, B Real Public Publication 51-11882, and C Real Public Publication 54.
-There are issues such as 26649. However, the biggest drawback of this type of board is that the decorative surface has a mountain-like shape, and the wall formed using this has a continuous mountain-like appearance. In other words, when the decorative surface of the board is mountain-shaped, it is not only inferior in aesthetic appearance, but also difficult to apply, and the connecting portion lacks waterproofness, and there are disadvantages such as detachment. In addition, this type of board has many hooking structures, and there is a drawback that the joint width is not uniform due to construction. In addition, this type of board has a flat decorative surface (including embossing) by design, and it is a mere step, unevenness, lacks a three-dimensional effect, and has a small working width. there were. In addition, as this type of board, a board having a drop-type connection structure is also known, but it has the disadvantage of lacking three-dimensional effect, waterproofness, heat insulation, workability, and economy.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention forms the decorative surface portion in a stepped shape, and forms the step angle into an acute angle or an obtuse angle to make the step portion clearer and moreover when connecting the boards. The male and female joints to be formed have a joint structure that closely resembles the stepped appearance of the decorative surface, so that the board can be easily constructed and can be performed by a single worker and without skill. Moreover, the present invention proposes a board that has a uniform lateral joint width, has no deformation of the decorative surface, and has significantly enhanced waterproofness and three-dimensional effect.

The board according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, the board A is, as shown in FIG.
For example, a surface-treated steel plate, a steel plate obtained by plating a steel plate with zinc / nickel alloy, an aluminum / zinc alloy plated steel plate (trade name: Galfan, Galvalume steel plate, Super Zinc), an aluminum plate, an aluminum alloy plate, a copper plate, etc. A heat insulating material 24 is formed between the surface material 1 and the back surface material 23, which are formed into a shape as shown in FIG. 2 by molding a flat plate (including an embossed plate) with a roll or a press, or by extrusion molding or the like. It is a sandwich structure that is filled in one piece. Explaining further, the surface material 1 includes a long decorative surface portion 2 , a male connecting portion 6 , a bottom surface portion 16 and a female connecting portion 17.
And a gutter-shaped portion 22 filled with a heat insulating material 24. That is, the decorative surface portion 2 is divided into a plurality of lengths divided by the step portion 3 having at least one step as shown in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the surface at an arbitrary position (center in the figure) on the surface of the elongated plate material. It is composed of scale-shaped inclined decorative pieces 4 and 5 (hereinafter, simply referred to as decorative pieces). The decorative surface portion 2 is mainly used to form the surface of the surface material 1 in an inclined step shape to promote a three-dimensional effect and to improve the strength. In addition, the male connecting portion 6 is provided with a groove portion 7 which is formed by denting the upper edge of the decorative surface portion 2 in parallel with the longitudinal direction to prevent rain and capillarity, and a reinforcing rib (pipe shape in the figure) formed at the tip thereof. ) And the groove inner surface 9a with the tip of the insertion edge bent inward, the innermost surface of the groove 9a bent further outward, and the groove other surface 11 of the engaging groove 10. It is composed of an extension 12 protruding outward. More specifically, the extension 12 is composed of a nail driving piece 13, a reinforcing and raising piece 14 whose tip is bent inward in an L-shape parallel to the longitudinal direction, and a tongue piece 15 whose tip is bent inward. It was formed. The reinforcing and raising piece 14 protects and reinforces the end portion when the heat insulating material 24 is formed also on the back surface of the nail driving piece 13. The bottom surface portion 16 is formed by bending the lower end of the decorative piece 5 inward, and is formed to have the same appearance as that of the step portion 3 or an appearance similar to that. Female connecting part 17 is the bottom part
An upper edge 18 in which the lower end of 16 is bent inward and its tip are bent outward to form a lower edge 19, and a fitting groove 21 for fitting the insertion edge 9 and the tip of the lower edge 19 are inward. The lower edge 19 is formed by a tongue piece 20 that is bent inward, and the lower edge 19 is inserted into the engaging groove 10 and serves to further strengthen the engaging force. The gutter-shaped portion 22 is a space surrounded by the decorative surface portion 2 and the male and female connecting portions 6 and 17 , and is used for filling the heat insulating material 24. The dimensions and angles of each part of the surface material 1 are set as follows, for example. The angle θ 1 of the decorative pieces 4, 5 with respect to the horizontal line a,
θ 2 is θ 1 = θ 2 or θ 1 ≈θ 2 or a little different θ 1 θ 2 , the angles θ 3 and θ 4 between the decorative piece 4 and the step portion 3, and between the decorative piece 5 and the bottom surface portion 16 are θ. When 3 = θ 4 or θ 3 ≈θ 4 , for example, θ 3 = 90 °, the angle θ 5 between the bottom surface portion 16 and the upper edge 18, and the angle θ 6 of the fitting groove 21 are set to the angle of the insertion edge 9. It depends on the situation. Further, the heights of the step portion 3 and the bottom surface portion 16 are the same or substantially the same as h 1 and h 2 , or h 1 > h 2 , and the step portion 3
The height from the vertex 3a to the horizontal line b is h 3 , the height from the upper end of the bottom part 16 to the horizontal line b is h 4 , and the height of the vertical piece 14a is h.
5 , the height from the insertion edge 9 to h 6 and the height from the tongue 20 to the upper edge 18 from h 7 are h 3 > h 6 > h 5 and h 4 = h 2 + h 7 . Is. This is because when the board A is applied to the wall base α as shown in FIG. 3, the height H of the lateral joint between the step portion 3 and the board A from the wall base α is the same or is almost the same. This is because Further, the depth of the engaging groove 10 is d 1 , the engaging groove 2 is
Assuming that the depth of 1 is d 2 , the length of the insertion edge 9 is l 1 , and the length from the bottom surface portion 16 to the deepest part of the fitting groove 21 is l 2 , d 1 = d 2 , l 2
> L 1 , which improves the heat insulating property, waterproof property, and workability when the boards A 1 and A 2 are connected. Further, the above-mentioned back material 23 is for covering at least the back surface of the heat insulating material 24, and enhances the mechanical strength of the board itself,
Incombustible sheet, waterproof film, heat shield sheet, water absorbing sheet, soundproof sheet, release sheet, packing material, reinforcing sheet, etc. 1
It functions as a member, such as asbestos paper,
Kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, P
b, Fe), a synthetic resin sheet, a rubber sheet, a cloth sheet, a glass cloth, or a combination of one or more of these, or a sheet of this kind that has been subjected to a treatment such as waterproofing and flame retardancy. Or a metal plate such as the one described above. Further, the heat insulating material 24 is formed by filling the trough-shaped portion 22 including the back surface of the nailing piece 13 and forming the back surface in a flat shape, and imparts heat insulating property to the board A. It is made of one kind of material having functions such as adhesiveness and nonflammability. Specifically, it consists of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc.
It is made of one kind of material such as a molded product or a material which is discharged, molded, solidified or self-bonded with a raw material. When using the molded body, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the front surface material 1 and the rear surface material 23. More specifically, the heat insulating material 24 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, for example, polyurethane foam resin, polyisocyanurate foam resin, phenol foam resin, and flame retardant, flame retardant aid (borax, sodium metaborate). , Calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide, bentonite, pearlite particles, shirasu balloon, etc. are added to the heat insulating material 24. As shown in the figure, when the board A is constructed, a triangular void B is formed between the wall foundation α and the board A, and the void B can form a wall body having an air cycle effect. Since the back surface of the heat insulating material 24 is flat, when the board A is superposed on the surface materials 1, the board A has a square shape and is easy to handle.

As described above, according to the board of the present invention, since at least one step portion is formed on the decorative surface portion, the strength is sufficiently reinforced and the decorative surface does not have a mountain shape. Since the stepped portion is formed into an easily bendable shape, it is easy to manufacture and has no distortion. The stepped portion between the decorative pieces is much larger than before, and the entire decorative surface has a three-dimensional appearance.
Since the male and female type connecting portions are formed in the above-mentioned drop structure, even one person can perform the construction sufficiently, and the joint width (width) can be made constant. Moreover, it has excellent waterproofness.
It does not require skill to connect the boards and can be constructed with extremely high efficiency. Since the board has a sandwich structure, the strength is improved. When the wall is formed by the board, the steps and the lateral joints have at least almost the same appearance, so that it is possible to form a wall with a beautiful appearance and a rich three-dimensional effect. A heat insulating material is filled as the core material of the board, and the lateral joints are double layers of the heat insulating material, so that a wall having excellent heat insulating properties can be formed. Since the surface material is wide, it has excellent workability,
Moreover, since the material width can be effectively used, it is economical. When a synthetic resin foam is used for the heat insulating material, it is lightweight and has excellent heat insulating properties, and furthermore, the constituent materials can be formed extremely easily and integrally by utilizing the self-adhesive property at the time of foaming without an adhesive.
Since the back surface of the board is made flat, a triangular void is formed between the wall bases when the board is constructed, and a wall body having an air cycle effect can be formed. Since the back surface of the board is flat, if the surface materials are stacked on top of each other during packaging, the two boards will be in a quadrilateral shape, which facilitates handling. There are features such as.
