Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 モータの集合包装において、容積を縮小した
小容積で優れたモータの包装容器を提供することを目的
とする。 【構成】 シャフト２を垂直にし起立させたモータ１
を、穴１１および受け部材４で保護部材５間に支持し、
シャフト２を保護部材５に設けた穴１１を貫通させて上
段に突出させた構成とすることにより、保護部材５間の
間隔を小さくし、容積を縮小した優れたモータの包装容
器が得られる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、モータの積層間隔を縮小したモータの包装容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、モータの集合包装の包装容器は容積を縮小するよう強く要望されるよう になってきている。
【０００３】 以下に従来のモータの包装容器について説明する。 図３ないし図５は従来のモータの包装容器の構成を示すものである。図３ない し図５に示すように、モータ１はシャフト２を垂直方向に起立させ、上部は押え 部材３、下部は受け部材４で支持されて保護部材５間に配設されている。押え部 材３および受け部材４は保護部材５に接着等で固定されている。保護部材５間は 保護部材５間にモータ１を複数列配列して、複数段積み重ねて、緩衝部材６を介 してパレット台７に乗せ、側カバー８をかぶせ、天板部材９で押えてバンド１０ で固定して集合包装としている。保護部材５をはさんで上段と下段のモータ１の 配列は、下段の４箇のモータ１の中間に上段のモータ１を配設する千鳥状配列と している。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記の従来の構成では、保護部材５間にモータ１を配設している ので、シャフト２が長い程、保護部材５間の間隔が大きくなり、モータの包装容 器の容積が大きくなるという問題点を有していた。
【０００５】 本考案は上記従来の問題点を解決するもので、モータ集合包装の包装容積の小 さい効率的なモータの包装容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】 この目的を達成するために本考案は、保護部材に設けた穴にシャフトを貫通さ せ、前記穴でモータの首部を支持し、前記モータの下部を受け部材で支持して前 記保護部材間に前記モータを配設させた構成を有している。

【作用】
この構成によって、モータのシャフトは保護部材を貫通して上段に突出してい るので、前記シャフト長だけ前記保護部材間の間隔が小さくなり、包装容器の容 積を小さくすることができる。

【実施例】
以下本考案の一実施例について、図面を参照しながら説明する。なお、従来例 と同一構成部品には同じ符号で示し説明は省略する。
【０００９】 図１，図２に示すように、モータ１のシャフト２は保護部材５に設けた穴１１ を貫通して上段に突出している。モータ１の首部１ａは穴１１で支持され、下部 は受け部材４で支持されている。下段と上段のモータ１の配設は従来例と同じよ うに千鳥状に配列され、従来と同じ構成でモータ１は集合包装される。
【００１０】 以上のように本実施例によれば、シャフト２は保護部材５の穴１１を貫通して 上段に突出しているので、従来に較べシャフト２の長さだけ保護部材５間の間隔 が小さくなり、モータの包装容器の容積を小さくすることができる。

【考案の効果】
以上の実施例の説明より明らかなように本考案は、モータのシャフトは保護部 材を貫通し上段に突出し、前記保護部材間の間隔は従来に較べ前記シャフトの長 さだけ小さくする構成とすることにより、前記シャフトの長さが大きい程、集合 包装の容積の小形化ができ、包装材料の削減と、トラック、貨車輸送の搭載効率 が向上する優れたモータの包装容器を実現できるものである。

  1. 【請求項１】シャフトを垂直方向に向け起立させたモー
    タを保護部材に設けた穴および受け部材で前記保護部材
    間に支持し、複数列配列して下段の前記保護部材上の前
    記モータに対し、上段の前記保護部材上の前記モータを
    千鳥状に配列、複数段積層したモータの包装容器におい
    て、前記シャフトを前記保護部材に設けた穴を貫通して
    上段に突出させたモータの包装容器。
