Claims (7)
- 1.式 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(I)[式中、 Rは、アルキレンオキサイド単位の各々において、水素またはメチル基から選択 される同一もしくは異なる基を表し、R′は、水素を表すか或は1から4個の炭 素原子を有するアルキル基を表し、 nは、20から1000の整数であり、mは、10から1500の整数である] で表される単位を主要量で含んでいるポリ(エチレンオキサイド)および/また はポリ(プロピレンオキサイド)ポリ乳酸系共重合体を含んでいることを特徴と する、網内細胞系を回避するナノ粒子。
- 2.請求の範囲1記載の共重合体と1種以上のポリ乳酸系ポリマー(類)との混 合物を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1記載のナノ粒子。
- 3.請求の範囲2記載のポリマー類と薬学活性要素との混合物を含んでいること を特徴とする、請求の範囲2記載のナノ粒子。
- 4.式(I)中、 Rが水素を表し、 R′がメチル基を表し、 nが20から150であり、 mが10から150である、 ことを特徴とする、前請求の範囲いずれか1項記載のナノ粒子。
- 5.50から500nmの平均サイズを有することを特徴とする、前請求の範囲 いずれか1項記載のナノ粒子。
- 6.50から250nmの平均サイズを有することを特徴とする、前請求の範囲 5記載のナノ粒子。
- 7.人または動物薬学または医学診断(画像化)における、前請求の範囲いずれ か1項記載ナノ粒子の使用。
