Abstract
(57)【要約】
【目的】 脱衣場側（通常洗面所側）全体を他の部屋の
デザインとのトータルコーディネイトを図ったものとす
ることが出来る浴室用のフラッシュ戸を提供することを
目的とするものである。 【構成】 浴室側の耐蝕性を必要とする面は金属製又は
合成樹脂製の耐蝕性板８であるが、脱衣場側の、他の部
屋のデザインとのトータルコーディネイトを考慮する必
要のある面が装飾板１０である。
デザインとのトータルコーディネイトを図ったものとす
ることが出来る浴室用のフラッシュ戸を提供することを
目的とするものである。 【構成】 浴室側の耐蝕性を必要とする面は金属製又は
合成樹脂製の耐蝕性板８であるが、脱衣場側の、他の部
屋のデザインとのトータルコーディネイトを考慮する必
要のある面が装飾板１０である。
Description
【０００１】
この考案は浴室用のフラッシュ戸に関する。
【０００２】
従来この種の浴室用の戸として、全体が金属製又は合成樹脂製の耐蝕性素材か らなるものは知られている。
【０００３】
前記従来の戸には以下の如き欠点があった。即ち、全体が金属製又は合成樹脂 製の耐蝕性素材からなるものであったため、即ち、浴室側のみならず脱衣場側（ 通常洗面所側）も金属製又は合成樹脂製の耐蝕性素材であったため、脱衣場側を 他の部屋のデザインとのトータルコーディネイトを考慮して、設計・施工しても 、浴室用の戸が浮いたものとなり、全体の調和を崩すという欠点があった。

この考案は前記欠点を解消するために以下の如き手段を採用した。 この考案は、枠体と、この枠体に取り付けられた、浴室側の金属製又は合成樹 脂製の耐蝕性板と、この耐蝕性板の周縁に連設された、枠体の外側端面を覆う耐 蝕性板と同材質の縁片と、前記枠体に取り付けられた、脱衣場側の装飾板とを有 する浴室用のフラッシュ戸であって、この浴室用のフラッシュ戸に、内部に浸入 した水を排出する上下方向に貫通する所要個の水抜き孔が形成されたものである 。

この考案は以下の如き作用をなすものである。 浴室側の耐蝕性を必要とする面は金属製又は合成樹脂製の耐蝕性板であるが、 脱衣場側の、他の部屋のデザインとのトータルコーディネイトを考慮する必要の ある面が装飾板であるので、脱衣場側全体を他の部屋のデザインとのトータルコ ーディネイトを図ったものとすることが出来る。

以下にこの考案を図面に示す実施例に基づいて説明する。 浴室用のフラッシュ戸１は、グラスファイバーと木製チップとの混練物からな る合成木材や耐水木材等の枠体２と、この枠体２に取り付けられた、浴室側の金 属製又は合成樹脂製の耐蝕性板８と、この耐蝕性板８の周縁に連設された、枠体 ２の外側端面を覆う耐蝕性板８と同材質の縁片９と、前記枠体２に取り付けられ た、脱衣場側の、突板合板や塩ビ合板等からなる装飾板１０とを有している。 前記枠体２は、左右一対の縦枠材３と、上下一対の横枠材４と、所要本の縦横 の補強桟５とを有している。
【０００７】 前記横枠材４及び横の補強桟５の、高さ方向中央を向く面には浅いＶ字状の溝 が形成されている。 前記浴室用のフラッシュ戸１、具体的には横枠材４、横の縁片９及び横の補強 桟５に、浴室用のフラッシュ戸１の内部に浸入した水を排出する上下方向に貫通 する所要個の水抜き孔１１が形成されている。
【０００８】 前記耐蝕性板８及び装飾板１０に開口１３が形成され、この開口１３に透光性 を有するガラス製・合成樹脂製の板１４が嵌め止められている。この板１４は、 装飾板１０側のモール１５と耐蝕性板８の開口１３の周縁とによって挟持されて いる。そして、板１４と耐蝕性板８の当接部にはパッキン１６が設けられている 。なお、開口１３はなくてもよい。

この考案は、前記した如き構成によって、以下の如き効果を奏するものである 。 浴室側の耐蝕性を必要とする面は金属製又は合成樹脂製の耐蝕性板であるが 、脱衣場側の、他の部屋のデザインとのトータルコーディネイトを考慮する必要 のある面が装飾板であるので、脱衣場側全体を他の部屋のデザインとのトータル コーディネイトを図ったものとすることが出来る。 浴室用のフラッシュ戸に、内部に浸入した水を排出する上下方向に貫通する 所要個の水抜き孔が形成されているので、内部から腐蝕が進行するのを効果的に 防止することが出来る。

- 【請求項１】 枠体と、この枠体に取り付けられた、浴
室側の金属製又は合成樹脂製の耐蝕性板と、この耐蝕性
板の周縁に連設された、枠体の外側端面を覆う耐蝕性板
と同材質の縁片と、前記枠体に取り付けられた、脱衣場
側の装飾板とを有する浴室用のフラッシュ戸であって、
この浴室用のフラッシュ戸に、内部に浸入した水を排出
する上下方向に貫通する所要個の水抜き孔が形成されて
いる浴室用のフラッシュ戸。 - 【請求項２】 前記耐蝕性板及び装飾板に開口が形成さ
れ、この開口に透光性を有するガラス製・合成樹脂製の
板が嵌め止められている請求項１記載の浴室用のフラッ
シュ戸。
