バッグおよびその製造方法を提供する。 【構成】[1]袋部材と袋部材に融着される排液部材よ
り構成される輸液用バッグにおいて、袋部材と排液部材
の間に袋部材と排液部材の構成部材よりも融点が低くか
つ前記構成部材と相溶性の良い構成部材からなる接着部
材を介して袋部材と排液部材を融着した輸液用バッグ。
[2](1)中央に排液部材の挟持部が形成され、該挟
持部に溝部が形成され、前記挟持部の両側に袋部材の押
圧面が形成された上下の金型の間に、上から順に袋部材
/接着部材/排液部材/接着部材/袋部材の各構成部材
を配置する工程、(2)前記上下の金型より前記各構成
部材を挟持して熱を印加する工程、(3)前記各構成部
材の溶融部分を前記溝部に吸収する工程、(4)前記各
構成部材を融着する工程、から成る製造方法。
Description
らなる輸液用バッグに関し、特に袋部材と排液部材の接
着手段を改良した輸液用バッグおよびその製造方法を提
供する。
レフィン製の輸液用バッグは、外部加熱によって熱溶着
され製造されているが外部加熱であるため、排液部材と
袋部材のように、形状や材質が異なる場合は直接加熱金
型と接する袋部材が溶けすぎ、袋部材が肉薄になり溶着
部の強度が低下したり、加熱不足により袋部材と排液部
材との間に微小の隙間ができ、内容液のリークが発生し
ていた。そこで本発明者は以上の課題を解決するために
鋭意検討を重ねた結果次の発明に到達した。

溝部が形成され、前記挟持部の両側に袋部材の押圧面が
形成された上下の金型の間に、上から順に袋部材/接着
部材/排液部材/接着部材/袋部材の各構成部材を配置
する工程、(2)前記上下の金型より前記各構成部材を
挟持して熱を印加する工程、(3)前記各構成部材の溶
融部分を前記溝部に吸収する工程、(4)前記各構成部
材を融着する工程、

(例えばポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等)の袋部材2
と袋部材2に融着される排液部材3(袋部材2と同じ材
質)より構成されている。排液部材3の基部には小径部
9が形成され、小径部9と袋部材2はその間に接着部材
4を介在することにより融着されている。
排液部材3の構成部材よりも融点が低くかつこれらの各
構成部材と相溶性の良いものが使用される。融点が排液
部材3、袋部材2よりも高いと、ヒートシールにおいて
袋部材2のほうが溶けすぎてしまい、ピンホール等の発
生につながる。また排液部材3、袋部材2との相溶性が
悪いと融点が低く、接着部材4が先に溶けていても接着
強度は低いものとなる。本発明で使用される接着部材と
しては、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、エチレン−酢
酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン−アクリル酸エステル共重
合体、エチレン−一酸化炭素共重合体、エチレン−αオ
レフィン共重合体、スチレン系エラストマー、オレフィ
ン系エラストマー、エチレン・メチルメタクリレート、
エチレン・アクリル酸エステル・無水マレイン酸共重合
体等が良い。より好ましくは融点が105℃以下のもの
が良い。

できる程度の溝部7が形成されている。さらに前記挟持
部6の両側に袋部材2の押圧面8が形成されている。溝
部7を形成することにより、接着部材4の肉厚を確保す
ることができ、熱溶着により溶融した接着部材4を溝部
7内に吸収して排液部材3と袋部材2との間からのはみ
出しをなくすことができ、排液部材3と袋部材2の接着
強度を向上させることができる。

- 【請求項1】 袋部材と袋部材に融着される排液部材よ
り構成される輸液用バッグにおいて、袋部材と排液部材
の間に袋部材と排液部材の構成部材よりも融点が低くか
つ前記構成部材と相溶性の良い構成部材からなる接着部
材を介して袋部材と排液部材を融着したことを特徴とす
る輸液用バッグ。 - 【請求項2】 次の各工程よりなる輸液用バッグの製造
方法。 (1)中央に排液部材の挟持部が形成され、該挟持部に
溝部が形成され、前記挟持部の両側に袋部材の押圧面が
形成された上下の金型の間に、上から順に袋部材/接着
部材/排液部材/接着部材/袋部材の各構成部材を配置
する工程、(2)前記上下の金型より前記各構成部材を
挟持して熱を印加する工程、(3)前記各構成部材の溶
融部分を前記溝部に吸収する工程、(4)前記各構成部
材を融着する工程、
