しめローラーを使い、丸棒軸をアルミフレームに固定す
ることを特徴としたかしめ治具。

【考案の詳細な説明】

本考案は、アルミフレームに丸棒軸をかしめ固定する際の治具に関するも のである。

【従来の技術】
従来、溝の両側を別個にかしめる、定寸のかしめ幅を持ったかしめ治具が あった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
アルミフレーム溝角部をかしめて丸棒軸を固定する際、定寸のかしめ幅を 持つかしめ治具で片側づつ、また一定間隔をあけて数度に渡り溝角部をかし めていた。 本考案は上記作業を簡素化するためになされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は、外周に断面がくさび形状をした２個のかしめツメ（６）（７） を持ったかしめローラー（３）とローラーに圧力をかける機構により構成さ れるかしめ治具である。

【作用】
コの字型溝を有したアルミフレーム（２）に丸棒軸（１）をはめ込み、か しめローラー（３）を、アルミフレーム（２）の溝角部（４）（５）に押し 当て圧力をかけることで、丸棒軸（１）をアルミフレーム（２）に固定する 。

【実施例】
以下本考案の一実施例を添付図に基づいて詳述する。 コの字型溝を有したアルミフレーム（２）に丸棒軸（１）をはめ込み、か しめローラー（３）を、外周の断面がくさび形状をした２個のかしめツメ（ ６）（７）を介して、アルミフレーム（２）の溝角部（４）（５）に押し当 て圧力をかける。かしめツメ（４）（５）の圧力によりアルミフレーム（２ ）の溝角部を塑性変形させ、丸棒軸（１）をアルミフレーム（２）に固定す る。さらに、かしめローラー（３）を圧力を保ったまま丸棒軸（１）軸方向 に移動させることで、丸棒軸（１）を全長にわたりかしめ固定する。 なお、かしめローラ（３）のかしめツメ（６）（７）は全周がツメでなく 、一定ピッチでツメとなっていてもよい。。

丸棒軸を軸溝を有するアルミフレームにかしめ固定する際に、作業時間を 短縮し、かつ、かしめ強度を向上することができる。

    定することを特徴としたかしめ治具。
