Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.指令量(w)と制御量(x)との間の比較から制御偏差(xd)を求める加 算要素(2)と、 制御偏差(xd)から調節器出力量(u)を求め得るPID調節要素と、 調 節器出力量(u)から操作量(y)を形成する、操作量制限を有する操作器(5 )と、 調節器出力量(u)により決定された操作量(y)がその操作範囲の内側に位 置するときには、制御偏差(xd)を調節器入力量(r)としてPID調節要素 に導き、また想定された制限なしの操作量が制御偏差(xd)に基づいて操作範 囲の外側に位置するであろうときには、補助量(e)をPID調節要素に導くス イッチ(4)とを含んでおり、その際に補助量(e)は、、操作量(y)がなお その操作範囲の内側に位置するように決定される ことを特徴とする調節装置。 2.PID調節要素がディジタルPID調節要素であり、そのP部分yp、I部 分yIおよびD部分yDが下記の式に従って決定され、 P部分:yp(k)=Kpxd (k)、 I部分:y1(k)=y1(k−1)+K1(xd(k−1)+xd(k))、 D部分:yD(k)=K2 (xd(k)−xd(k−1))−K3yD(k−1)、 ここで補助定数は K1=0.5KpTA/TN、 K2=2VKpTv/(VTA+2Tv)、 K3=(VTA−2Tv)/(VTA+2Tv)、 として、調節器パラメータである比例係数Kp、積分時間TN、微分時間Tv、微 分利得Vおよびサンプリング時間TAにより決定されており、 補助量(e)が調節器入力量(r)として、、想定された制限なしの操作量が 制御偏差(xd)に基づいて制限の外側に位置するであろうときには、式e(k )={yB−yI(k−1)−(K1−K2)xd(k−1)+K3yD (k−1)}/(Kp+K1+K2) に従って決定される ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の調節装置。 3.PID調節要素が大きさ最適化の方法に従って設計されていることを特徴と する請求項1または2記載の調節装置。
