Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.熱転写染料を含有する染料被覆層を一方の面に支持し且つ耐熱性裏面被覆 層を他方の面に支持している熱可塑性樹脂製支持体フィルムからなる熱転写印刷 用の染料担持シートであって、前記の裏面被覆層が下記の成分:すなわち (a)厚みtを有する架橋重合体状結合剤と、 (b)潤滑性粒子と、 (c)tよりも大きい平均直径をもつ耐荷重性粒子 とを含有してなるものであり、前記の架橋重合体状結合剤(a)がその中に前記 潤滑性粒子(b)と前記耐荷重性粒子(c)との組合わせを含有するものであり 且つ該裏面被覆層の曇り価が12%よりも小さいものである、熱転写印刷用染料担 持シート。 2.前記の架橋重合体状結合剤が架橋アクリル組成物から本質的になるもので あり、該架橋アクリル組成物が架橋に利用し得る分子当たり2〜8個の懸吊して いるか又は末端にあるアクリル基もしくはメタクリル基を有する多官能価有機樹 脂の1種又はそれ以上を基材とするものである請求項1記載の染料担持シート。 3.前記の架橋アクリル組成物が、分子当たり1個のアクリル基又はメタクリ ル基を有する有機化合物の少なくとも1種を含有してなるものであり、裏面被覆 層結合剤を形成する際に多官能価有機樹脂と共重合するものである請求項2記載 の染料担持シート。 4.前記結合剤の厚みが2μm以下である請求項1記載の染料担持シート。 5.前記の潤滑性粒子(成分b)がカルボン酸又は燐酸、酸アミド、エステル 及びこれらの多価金属塩であり、これらはC12-30アルキル鎖を少なくとも1個 有するものである請求項1記載の染料担持シート。 6.前記潤滑性粒子が、次の一般式(A)又は(B): (式中、RはC12-30のアルキル基又はアルキルフェニル基であり、mは整数2 又は3であり且つMは金属原子である)で表わされる燐酸エステルの多価金属塩 である請求項5記載の染料担持シート。 7.前記潤滑性粒子が0.1〜2.5μmの平均粒径をもつものである請求項1記載 の染料担持シート。 8.前記潤滑性粒子が1μm未満の平均粒径をもつものである請求項7記載の 染料担持シート。 9.前記の耐荷重性粒子(成分c)がシラセスキオキサン化合物の球形粒子か らなるものである請求項1記載の染料担持シート。 10.前記の耐荷重性粒子(成分c)がシリコーンゲルエラストマーである請求 項1記載の染料担持シート。 11.前記の耐荷重性粒子(成分c)が1.2t〜2tの平均粒径をもつものであ る請求項1記載の染料担持シート。 12.前記の2種類の粒子(成分b及びc)が一緒に結合剤の1.5〜8重量%の 量で存在するものである請求項8記載の染料担持シート。 13.前記の2種類の粒子(成分b及びc)が一緒に結合剤の1.5〜6重量%の 量で存在するものである請求項8記載の染料担持シート。 14.前記裏面被覆層が潤滑性粒子(b)と耐荷重性粒子(c)とを1:1〜10 :1の重量比(b:c)で含有するものである請求項1記載の染料担持シート。 15.熱転写染料を含有する染料被覆層を一方の面に支持し、耐熱性裏面被覆層 を他方の面に支持している熱可塑性樹脂製支持体フィルムからなる熱転写印刷用 の染料担持シートであって、前記の耐熱性裏面被覆層が架橋重合体状結合剤(a )を含有してなるものであり、前記の架橋重合体状結合剤(a)は厚みtを有し 且つその中に潤滑性 粒子(b)と耐荷重性粒子(c)との組合わせを含有するものであり、前記の潤 滑性粒子(b)は少なくとも1種のカルボン酸又は燐酸、酸アミド、エステル及 びこれらの多価金属塩選択されるものであり、そのそれぞれはC12-30アルキル 鎖を少なくとも1個有し且つ0.1〜2.5μmの平均粒径を有するものであり、前記 の耐荷重性粒子(c)は球形粒子及びエラストマー状粒子の少なくとも1種であ って1.2t〜2tの平均粒径をもつものであり;且つ前記の成分a、b及びcの 重量比率が次の式:b+c/a=0.015〜0.08で示されるものである、熱転写印 刷用の染料担持シート。 16.染料担持シートの過度の曇りに対して感受性のセンサーを少なくとも1個 有するプリンターを使用して、熱転写性染料を染料担持シートから被転写体に転 写することによる熱転写印刷方法であって、前記染料担持シートが12%よりも小 さい曇り価をもつ裏面被覆層を有し且つ架橋重合体状結合剤(a)を含有してな るものであり、前記の架橋重合体状結合剤(a)は厚みtを有し且つその中に潤 滑性粒子(b)と耐荷重性粒子(c)との組合わせを含有するものであり、前記 の潤滑性粒子(b)少なくとも1種のカルボン酸又は燐酸、酸アミド、エステル 及びこれらの多価金属塩選択されるものであり、そのそれぞれはC12-30アルキ ル鎖を少なくとも1個有し且つ0.1〜2.5μmの平均粒径を有するものであり、前 記の耐荷重性粒子(c)は球形粒子及びエラストマー状粒子の少なくとも1種で あって1.2t〜2tの平均粒径をもつものであり;且つ前記の成分a、b及びc の重量比率が次の式:b+c/a=0.015〜0.08で示されるものである、熱転写 印刷方法。
