Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下の一般式I で表わされ、かつR1が水素、メチルまたはエチルを、R2、R3が相互に無関係 にそれぞれ反応条件下に不活性の置換基を持っていてもよい、炭素原子数1から 6の炭化水素を意味する場合の非対称置換トリアジンを、以下の式II のシアングアニジンと、以下の式III R2−OH (III) のアルコールの存在下に、カルボン酸誘導体を反応させることにより製造する方 法であって、以下の式IV R3−COOR4 (IV) で表わされ、かつR3が上述の意味を有し、R4が反応条件下において不活性の置 換基を持っていてもよい、炭素原子数1から6の炭化水素を意味する場合のカル ボン 酸エステルを、塩基またはN,N−ジ(C1−C4アルキル)ホルムアミド、N, N−ジ(C1−C4アルキル)アセトアミド、N−メチルピロリドンのいずれかの カルボン酸アミドの存在下、および元素マグネシウム、カルシウム、アルミニウ ム、亜鉛、銅、鉄、コバルト、ニッケルまたはクロムの塩もしくは塩類似化合物 の存在下において反応させることを特徴とする方法。 2.塩基としてアルコラートまたは3級アミンを使用することを特徴とする、 請求項1の方法。 3.塩基としてアルコールIIIのアルカリ金属アルコラートまたはアルカリ土 類金属アルコラートを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。 4.上記元素をそのハロゲニド、ニトラート、スルファート、アルコラートま たはアセタートの形態で使用することを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。 5.請求項1の塩もしくは塩類似化合物を、シアングアニジンIIの1モル当た り0.001から2モル使用することを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。 6.請求項1の重金属の塩ないし塩類似化合物を、シアングアニジンIIに対す る化学量論的量よりも少量使用することを特徴とする方法。 7.アルカリ土類金属としてのカルシウムまたはマグネシウムの塩もしくは塩 類似化合物を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。 8.アルカリ土類金属化合物を、シアングアニジンIIの1モル当たり0.01 から2モル使用することを特徴とする、請求項6の方法。 9.カルボン酸エステルとして、過弗素化ないし過塩素化Cl−C3カルボン酸 のCl−C6アルキルエステルを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。 10.塩基としてのアルカリ金属メタノラートの存在下に、トリフルオロ酢酸 メチルエステルをメタノール中において反応させることを特徴とする、請求項1 の方法。 11.アルカリ金属メタノラートおよびカルシウム塩の存在下に、トリフルオロ 酢酸メチルエステルをシアングアニジンIIと反応させることを特徴とする、請求 項1の方法。 12.銅塩の存在下に、トリフルオロ酢酸メチルエステルを、N,N−ジメチ ルホルムアミド中においてシアングアニジンIIと反応させることを特徴とする、 請求項1の方法。 13.アルカリメタノラートおよび亜鉛塩の存在下に、トリフルオロ酢酸メチ ルエステルをシアングアニジンIIと反応させることを特徴とする、請求項1の方 法。
