Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.過硫酸塩51−94%; pH調節剤4−43%; 銅、鉄、銀及びニッケルの各可溶性塩からなる群から選ばれた可溶性触媒0 .05−6%;及び D−マンニトールよりも該触媒を還元する能力が大きくないサッカライド0 −10%の混合物からなることを特徴とする損紙のリパルピング及び/又は脱色 用組成物。 2.pH調節剤がアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属及びアンモニウムの各炭酸塩 、重炭酸塩及びセスキ炭酸塩からなる群から選ばれた塩基であり; 触媒が銅塩であり; サッカライドがアスコルビン酸、D−ソルビトール及びD−マンニトールか らなる群から選ばれ;そして 組成物が過硫酸塩60−85%、 塩基14−39%、サッカライド0−4%及び銅塩0.05−3.0%を含 有する請求項1記載の組成物。 3.混合物が過硫酸塩70−80%、セスキ炭酸塩20−29%及び銅塩0.1 −2%を含有する請求項2記載の組成物。 4.損紙と請求項1記載の組成物少なくとも0.5%owfの混合物からなる水 性スラリーを攪拌し; 水性スラリーを少なくとも50℃に加熱し、次いで 50℃以上の温度に、損紙が脱色するに十分な時間水性スラリーを維持する ことを特徴とする損紙の脱色方法。 5.損紙と請求項2記載の組成物少なくとも0.5%owfの混合物から なる水性スラリーを攪拌し; 水性スラリーを少なくとも60℃に加熱し、次いで 60℃以上の温度に損紙が脱色するに十分な時間水性スラリーを維持するこ とを特徴とする損紙の脱色方法。 6.請求項2記載の組成物の1−12%owfが損紙の脱色用に用いられる請求 項5記載の方法。 7.損紙と請求項2記載の組成物少なくとも0.5%owfの混合物からなる水 性スラリーを攪拌し; 水性スラリーを少なくとも50℃に加熱し、次いで 50℃以上の温度に、損紙が脱色するに十分な時間水性スラリーを維持する ことを特徴とする損紙の脱色方法。 8.組成物の1−12%owfが用いられる請求項7記載の方法。 9.損紙と請求項1記載の組成物少なくとも0.5%owfの混合物からなる水 性スラリーを攪拌し; 水性スラリーを少なくとも50℃に加熱し、次いで 少なくとも段階5のパルプが得られるまで50℃以上の温度を維持すること を特徴とする損失のリパルピング方法。 10.損紙と請求項2記載の組成物少なくとも0.5%owfの混合物からなる 水性スラリーを攪拌し; 水性スラリーを少なくとも50℃に加熱し、次いで 少なくとも段階5のパルプが得られるまで50℃以上の温度を維持すること を特徴とする損失のリパルピング方法。 11.請求項2記載の組成物の1−12%owfを損紙のリパルピング用に用い る請求項10記載の方法。 12.損紙と請求項2記載の組成物少なくとも0.5%owfの混合物か らなる水性スラリーを攪拌し; 水性スラリーを少なくとも50℃に加熱し、次いで 少なくとも段階5のパルプが得られるまで50℃以上の温度を維持すること を特徴とする損失のリパルピング方法。 13.組成物の1−12%owfを用いる請求項12記載の方法。 14.損紙、2−11の範囲にpHを調節するためのpH調節剤、及び過硫酸塩 51−94%と銅、鉄、銀及びニッケルの各可溶性塩からなる群から選ばれた触 媒0.05−6%からなる水性スラリーを攪拌し; 水性スラリーをリパルピングを開始するに十分な温度に加熱し;そして少な くとも段階5のパルプが得られるまで該温度以上に維持することを特徴とする湿 潤強度損紙のリパルピング方法。 15.pH調節剤がセスキ炭酸塩、炭酸塩及び重炭酸塩の少なくとも1つから選 ばれ; 触媒が銅塩であり;そして 混合物が過炭酸塩61−85%、セスキ炭酸塩14−19%、及び銅塩0. 1−2%を含有する請求項9記載の方法。 16.損紙、2−11の範囲にpHを調節するための手段、及び過硫酸塩51− 94%と銅、鉄、銀及びニッケルの各可溶性塩からなる群から選ばれた触媒0. 05−6%を含有する混合物の少なくとも0.5%owfからなる水性スラリー を攪拌し; 水性スラリーを少なくとも60℃に加熱し;そして 少なくとも段階5のパルプが得られるまで該温度以上に維持することを特徴 とする湿潤強度損紙の脱色方法。 17.pH調節剤手段がセスキ炭酸塩、炭酸塩及び重炭酸塩から選ばれ; 触媒が銅塩であり、そして 混合物が過硫酸塩70−80%、 セスキ炭酸塩20−29%owf、 及び銅塩0.1−2%を含有する請求項15記載の方法。
