Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.単一部材として製造されるシリンダ・ヘッド(1)を有し、その燃焼空気の 吸気管(4)がねじれ管(12)を備え、これが吸気バルブ(13)の裏側に形 成されたねじれ室(11)に流入する単気筒ディーゼル・エンジン。 2.ダイカスト鋳物からなり、 燃焼空気の吸気管(4)がねじれ管(12)を備えており、このねじれ管(1 2)がシリンダ軸方向に見て外側両方向に向かって基準線に沿ってその両側が次 第に大きく広がり、この基準線は、ねじれ管(12)によって包囲されかつ吸気 バルブ(13)のバルブ・シャフト(18)を含むシリンダ・ヘッド(1)の核 部材(55)にかかる正接(54)からなり、この正接は、ねじれ管(12)の 外郭(60)とバルブ座穴部(16)に接続するねじれ室(11)の基盤円(1 7)との交点(P)を通って伸びており、前記基盤円にねじれ管(12)が流入 する単気筒ディーゼル・エンジン用の単一部材シリンダ・ヘッド(1)。 3.燃焼空気の吸気口(4)と排気ガスの排気口(6)とを有する単気筒ディー ゼル・エンジンのシリンダ・ヘッド(1)を単一部材として製造するための鋳型 であり、 ダイカスト鋳型が使用され、 吸気口(4)を形成するために二つの押し部材からなる中子を備え、 第一の押し部材(51)の側方引き出し方向(S1)が外側に伸びるねじれ管 (12)の断片部分(51a)に実質的に適合し、 第二の押し部材(52)はそのシリンダ軸に平行に走る引き出し方向(S2) が吸気バルブ(13)の裏側に形成されたねじれ室(11)と、さらにねじれ室 (11)に流入するねじれ管(12)の内側部分(51b)に実質的に適合する 鋳型。 4.両方の押し部材(51,52)が実質的にシリンダ軸に平行な共通の仕切り 面(53)を介して接合する請求項3記載の鋳型。 5.仕切り面(53)は側方引き出し方向(S1)にほぼ平行な仕切り平面(5 3a)を有する請求項4記載の鋳型。 6.仕切り平面(53a)が、シリンダ軸の方向に見てねじれ管(12)の内郭 (56)から僅かな間隔をもって伸びており、さらにこの内郭(56)に仕切り 平面(53a)に対して垂直な横断平面(57)を介して結合される請求項5記 載の鋳型。 7.排気管(6)を形成するために二つの押し部材(58,59)からなる中子 を備え、 これが第三の押し部材(58)を備え、その側方引き出し方向(S3)が直線 的な流れ軸を有し外側方向に流出している管部分(27)に実質的に適合し、 さらに第四の押し部材(59)を備え、そのシリンダ軸に平行な引き出し方向 (S4)が排気バルブ(23)の裏側に形成された排気ガス室(20)に実質的 に適合し、この排気ガス室から前記管部分(27)が流出する請求項3記載の鋳 型。 8.管部分(27)の内側端部が排気バルブ(23)のバルブ・シャフト(26 )を含んだシリンダ・ヘッド(1)の核部分(61)を半円形に包囲する請求項 7記載の鋳型。 9.シリンダ軸に平行してシリンダ・ヘッド(1)の天板部(43)を通して引 き抜くことができる棒状の型中子(42)を設け、これによって隣り合う冷却空 気流路(28,31;36,38)を互いに分離するリブ(31;37)内に割 れ目(41)を形成する請求項3記載の鋳型。
