Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.2,4-ジスルホニル α-フェニルtert-ブチルニトロン。 2.以下の式の化合物: 3.以下の薬学的に受容可能な塩: 4.以下の式を有する、請求項3に記載の塩: ここで、Xは、Na、K、NH4、Ca、Mg、CaYおよびMgY(Yは、 薬学的に受容可能な一価のアニオンである)からなる群から選択される。 5.薬学的に受容可能で非経口的に注射可能なキャリア中の請求項1に記載の 化合物を含有する薬学的組成物。 6.薬学的に受容可能で非経口的に注射可能なキャリア中の請求項2に記載の 化合物を含有する薬学的組成物。 7.薬学的に受容可能で非経口的に注射可能なキャリア中の請求項3に記載の 塩を含有する薬学的組成物。 8.薬学的に受容可能で非経口的に注射可能なキャリア中の請求項4に記載の 塩を含有する薬学的組成物。 9.薬学的に受容可能な経口キャリア中の請求項1に記載の化合物を含有する 薬学的組成物。 10.薬学的に受容可能な経口キャリア中の請求項2に記載の化合物を含有す る薬学的組成物。 11.薬学的に受容可能な経口キャリア中の請求項3に記載の塩を含有する薬 学的組成物。 12.薬学的に受容可能な経口キャリア中の請求項4に記載の塩を含有する薬 学的組成物。 13.脳卒中にかかった患者を治療する方法であって、少なくとも約0.2mg/kg /時間の請求項5、6、7、または8に記載の薬学的組成物の有効な脳卒中の治 療量を、該患者に非経口投与する工程を包含する、方法。 14.前記組成物が、静脈内投与される、請求項13に記載の方法。 15.脳卒中にかかった患者を治療する方法であって、請求項9、10、11 、または12に記載の薬学的組成物の有効な脳卒中の治療量を、該患者に経口投 与する工程を包含する、方法。 16.進行性中枢神経系機能喪失病態にかかっている患者を治療する方法であ って、請求項5、6、7、または8に記載の薬学的組成物の有効な進行性中枢神 経系機能喪失病態の治療量を、該患者に非経口投与する工程を包含する、方法。 17.前記組成物が、静脈内投与される、請求項16に記載の方法。 18.進行性中枢神経系機能喪失病態にかかっている患者を治療する方法であ って、少なくとも約0.1mg/kg/日の請求項9、10、11、または12に記載の 薬学的組成物の有効な進行性中枢神経系機能喪失の治療量を、該患者に経口投与 する工程を包含する、方法。 19.酸化的損傷を生じる抗新生物疾患治療によって患者に引き起こされる副 作用を改善する方法であって、請求項9、10、11、または12に記載の薬学 的組成物の有効な副作用改善量を、該患者に経口投与する工程を包含する、方法 。 20.酸化的損傷を生じる抗新生物疾患治療によって患者に引き起こされる副 作用を改善する方法であって、請求項5、6、7、または8に記載の薬学的組成 物の有効な副作用改善量を、該患者に非経口投与する工程を包含する、方法。 21.前記組成物が、静脈内投与される、請求項20に記載の方法。
