Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具にして、 a)基端における操作ハンドルと、 b)基端と、末端と、第一の外径とを有する可撓性の部材であって、該可撓性 の部材の該基端が、前記基端における操作ハンドルに結合され、該可撓性の部材 の末端部分が前記第一の外径よりも小さい第二の外径を有する、前記可撓性の部 材と、 c)基端と、末端とを有し且つ前記可撓性の部材を貫通して伸長する少 なくとも一本の制御ワイヤーであって、該少なくとも一本の制御ワイヤーの前記 基端が前記基端の操作ハンドルに結合され、該基端における操作ハンドルの操作 により、前記少なくとも一本の制御ワイヤーが前記可撓性の部材に関して並進運 動されるようにした、前記少なくとも一本の制御ワイヤーと、 d)前記可撓性の部材の前記末端に結合されたクレビスであって、前記第一の 外径に略等しい外径を有する基端のハブが設けられた前記クレビスと、 e)前記クレビスに及び前記少なくとも一本の制御ワイヤーの前記末端に結合 された少なくとも一つの端部作用子であって、前記少なくとも一本の制御ワイヤ ーが前記可撓性の部材に関して並進運動することにより、該端部作用子が移動さ れるようにした、前記少なくとも一つの端部作用子と、 f)前記クレビスの前記基端ハブまで前記可撓性の部材の前記末端部分を覆う 強化スリーブであって、前記第一の外径に略等しい外径を有する前記強化スリー ブとを備えることを特徴とする可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具。 2.請求の範囲第1項に記載の可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具にして、 前記可撓性の部材の前記末端部分が、前記第一の径よりも小さい前記第二の径 を提供し得るよう研削されていることを特徴とする可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具 。 3.請求の範囲第1項に記載の可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具にして、 前記強化スリーブが、前記第二の径に略等しい内径を有することを特徴とする 可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具。 4.請求の範囲第1項に記載の可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具にして、 前記少なくとも一つの端部作用子が、一対の生検鉗子を備えることを特徴とす る可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具。 5.請求の範囲第1項に記載の可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具にして、 前記末端部分が、約203.2乃至228.6mm(約8乃至9インチ)の長さであること を特徴とする可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具。 6.請求の範囲第1項に記載の可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具にして、 前記第一の外径が約2.1mm(約0.082インチ)であり、前記第二の外径が約1. 8mm(約0.072インチ)であることを特徴とする可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具。 7.請求の範囲第1項に記載の可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具にして、 前記強化スリーブが、テフロン・フェップ・シュリンク・ラップ管であること を特徴とする可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具。 8.請求の範囲第1項に記載の可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具にして、 前記基端の操作ハンドルが、前記可撓性の部材の前記基端に結合された静止部 分と、前記少なくとも一本の制御ワイヤーの前記基端に結合された可動のスプー ルとを備えることを特徴とする可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具。 9.請求の範囲第1項に記載の可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具にして、 前記クレビスの前記基端のハブが、前記第二の外径に略等しい内径を有するこ とを特徴とする可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具。 10.請求の範囲第1項に記載の可撓性の顕微外科手術用器具にして、 前記可撓性の部材がコイルであることを特徴とする可撓性の顕微外科手術用器 具。
