- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.物品収容体用のいたずら防止カバーに適するフィルムであって、粒状充填 剤を含むマトリックスにおいて、フィルムの破壊抵抗が450N/mm(厚さが 約150μmのフィルムについて測定した場合)の限界値以下の値に減少するよ うな濃度で選ばれた充填剤がマトリックス中に含まれており、ポリマーマトリッ クスが高結晶質ポリプロピレンから形成されていることを特徴とするフィルム。 2.継続引裂抵抗が30Nの限界値以下の値に減少するように充填剤及びその 濃度が選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィルム。 3.破壊抵抗の値が約100〜約200N/mmであることを特徴とする請求 項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。 4.継続引裂抵抗の値が約3〜約4Nである請求項2又は3のいずれか1項に 記載のフィルム。 5.充填剤が無機物及び/又は有機物の形態の成分を含む請求項1〜4のいず れか1項に記載のフィルム。 6.充填剤が、有機物としてハロゲン化炭化水素ポリマー、特にPTFE、ポ リエーテルスルホン、セルロース、木材パルプ等及び/又は熱硬化性プラスチッ クを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5記載のフィルム。 7.無機成分が、SiO2族、特にガラス又は石英の形態のSiO2、シリケー ト、特にタルク、チタネート、TiO2、酸化アルミニウム、カオリン、炭酸カ ルシウム、特に白亜の形態の炭酸カルシウム、MgO、酸化鉄、炭化ケイ素、窒 化ケイ素、硫酸バリウム等から選ばれる物質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5 又は6のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。 8.充填剤が、粒状、板状、繊維状又は棒状であることを特徴とする、請求項 1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。 9.充填剤の粒度(粒子の最大長さに対して算出された粒度)が平均して約5 μm〜約100μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載 のフィルム。 10.充填剤の含有率が、約5重量%〜約60重量%、好ましくは約10重量 %〜約55重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載 のフィルム。 11.充填剤粒子が基本的に接着剤を含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜 10のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。 12.充填剤粒子が、マトリックス中への充填剤粒子の分散性を高めるための 追加の薬剤により処理されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項 に記載のフィルム。 13.厚さが約20μm〜約600μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜1 2のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。 14.基本的に蒸気に対して不透過性であることを特徴とする請求項1〜13 のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。 15.ポリマーマトリックスのポリプロピレンが高アイソタクチック率のペン タデンを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のフィル ム。 16.アイソタクチックペンタデン率が0.955〜1の間であることを特徴 とする請求項15記載のフィルム。 17.ポリマーマトリックスのポリプロピレンが約10,000〜約600,000の平均 分子量を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載のフィル ム。 18.2以上の層を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に 記載のフィルム。 19.2以上の層が同時押出されたものであることを特徴とする請求項18記 載のフィルム。 20.外層がシール層であることを特徴とする請求項18又は19のいずれか 1項に記載のフィルム。 21.シール層が第1成分(A)と成分(B)の2種のポリマー成分の混合物 を含んでなることを特徴とするフィルムであって、前記成分(A)が約4〜12 モル%のエチレン濃度を有するポリプロピレンコポリマーからなり、そして前記 成分(B)が、18モル%以下のビニルアセテート濃度を有するエチレンビニル アセテートコポリマー、アイオノマー、エチレンエチルアクリレートコポリマー 、エチレンメチルアクリレートコポリマー、プロピレン及びポリエチレン並びに 無水マレイン酸によりグラフト化されたエチレンビニルアセテートコポリマーか らなる群より選ばれるフィルム。 22.成分(A)と成分(B)の混合比が5:95〜95:5であることを特 徴とする請求項21記載のフィルム。 23.成分(A)と成分(B)の混合比が35:65〜65:35であること を特徴とする請求項22記載のフィルム。 24.145〜155℃のシール温度が得られるように成分(A)と成分(B )の混合比が調節されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィルム。 25.成分(A)のエチレン濃度が6〜10モル%、好ましくは8モル%であ ることを特徴とする請求項21〜24のいずれ1項に記載のフィルム。 26.冷却ロールの冷却温度の選択的上昇によって破壊抵抗及び継続引裂抵抗 を更に減少させることができる請求項1〜25のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム 。 27.冷却ロールによるフィルムの冷却温度が20℃〜100℃ の間、好ましくは50℃〜80℃の間であることを特徴とする請求項26記載の フィルム。 28.破壊抵抗及び継続引裂抵抗の更なる減少が、特に圧延法の使用により達 成される、請求項1〜27のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム。 29.収容すべき物品に対してその形状を適合させることができる、物品収容 体としての下方部分及び上方部分が請求項1〜28のいずれか1項に記載のフィ ルムからなる包装体。 30.下方部分及び上方部分が同一のプラスチック材料を使用して製造される ことを特徴とする請求項29記載の包装体。 31.下方部分が請求項21〜25のいずれか1項に記載のシール層を有する 深絞り成形されたフィルムから製造されたことを特徴とする請求項29又は30 のいずれか1項に記載の包装体。 32.医薬品、特にアンプル、カプセル又はタブレット状の医薬品を包装する のに適する請求項29〜31のいずれか1項に記載の包装体。
