Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 非ハロゲン発泡性難燃剤を接着剤に対して約10〜約60重量%含有する、ラ バーレジン接着剤およびアクリル性接着剤から成る群から選択される接着剤を含 んで成る感圧接着剤組成物。 2. 生天然ゴム、スチレン−ブタジエン、ポリブタジエン、ポリイソブチレン 、およびポリシロキサンから選択されるゴムエラストマーを含んで成る請求項1 に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。 3. ゴムエラストマー100重量部に対して粘着付与樹脂40〜150重量部をさらに 含んで成り、該粘着付与樹脂が、水素化樹脂のグリセリルエステル、熱可塑性テ ルペン樹脂、石油炭化水素樹脂、クマロン・インデン樹脂、合成フェノール樹脂 、ポリブテンおよびシリコーン樹脂から成る群から選択される請求項2に記載の 感圧接着剤組成物。 4. アクリル性接着剤が、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、イソオクチルアクリレ ート、アクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、アクリロニトリル、メタクリロニト リル、メチルイソアミルアクリレート、および2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート のホモポリマーおよびコポリマーから成る群から選択される請求項1に記載の感 圧接着剤組成物。 5. 難燃添加剤が、窒素含有オリゴマーおよびポリ燐酸アンモニウムから成る 群から選択される請求項1に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。 6. 難燃添加剤が、シアヌル酸メラミンおよびイソシアヌル酸のヒドロキシア ルキル誘導体を少なくとも部分的にホモポリマーの形態でさらに含んで成る請求 項5に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。 7. 前記難燃添加剤が、トリアジン核を有する燐含有オリゴマーを含んで成る 請求項6に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。 8. 前記難燃添加剤が、トリアジン核を有するポリホスホンアミド含有オリゴ マーを含んで成る請求項7に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。 9. 前記難燃添加剤が、燐および窒素の両方を含有するポリマー塩を含んで成 る請求項1に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。 10. 前記非ハロゲン発泡性難燃剤がポリオールの燐酸塩を含んで成る請求項 1に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。 11. 追加の難燃剤をさらに含んで成る請求項1に記載の感圧接着剤組成物。 12. 前記追加難燃剤がハロゲン化多核芳香族エーテルである請求項11に記 載の感圧接着剤組成物。 13. 前記追加難燃剤がデカブロモジフェニルオキシドであり、この難燃剤が 接着剤に対して30〜50重量%の量で存在する請求項12に記載の感圧接着剤組成 物。 14. 請求項1に記載の感圧接着剤の層を支持する裏材料を有して成り、この 接着層が最大5mmの厚さを有する感圧接着テープ。 15. 125μm未満の厚さを有する感圧接着剤の外層をさらに有して成る請求項 14に記載の感圧接着テープ。 16. 裏材料が、ガラス布、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリイミド、およ びポリオレフィンから選択される請求項15に記載の感圧接着テープ。
